Before you buy
It doesn't lock into a rigid position on its own - it's designed to be draped, wrapped, or looped around brackets, hoses, and frame members so it stays exactly where you need it. Think of it as a light you place, not a light you prop.
30 inches - long enough to reach deep into an engine bay, thread through a wheel well, or run along an under-dash cavity without you having to strain to get it in position.
Over USB-C — plug it in like a phone. The cable is in the box.
Up to 8 hours on a single charge — a full shift.
Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours. Shipping is free on 2-packs and 3-packs, and every order is covered by 30 days of free returns.

it does its job almost too well
Verified Purchase
Super bright, nearly blinded us all because we were staring directly at it the first time turning it on. Maybe look to the side of it when you're testing the brightness, BUT we do love that aspect of it because it does its job well. Was a gift for my dad for father's day, has been used by him and my brother and myself a few times, and we have had zero problems with it except mom thinks it's "too bright" and "don't turn that thing on near me, let me leave the room." So, if you're looking for a really bright light, you're probably looking in the right place.

For engine bays it works very well.
Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product
Droopy light stick that works very well in engine bays to light up from top to bottom. It lets you droop it down next to the engine which is a unique way of lighting it up. Simple to use with a single button and three modes: high, low and blink. The brightness, while not super bright, is more than enough to light up an engine compartment. The battery life seems OK. I have used this off and on and have only had to charge it once, but hard to tell what the total time was.

Rescue for Tight Engine Bays
Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product
I have been working on older cars for years, and getting decent light into narrow engine gaps has always been a major headache. Standard drop lights are too bulky, and headlamps usually end up blinding me or casting shadows right where I need to see. Wrapping this 30-inch flexible stick around radiator hoses and frame rails solves that problem completely. It actually holds whatever shape you bend it into, which keeps the light steady while leaving both of my hands free to work with wrenches. The battery life easily gets me through a full evening in the garage without fading, and charging it back up via the Type-C port on the handle is quick. Having different brightness settings helps a lot when working near shiny aluminum parts where glare usually becomes an issue. The construction feels tough enough to handle being dropped on concrete or bumped against sharp metal edges. It has quickly become one of the most useful tools on my workbench.

This is an impressive light that can flex REALLY well
Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product
This is a really well made light that is surprisingly bright. It arrived probably 80% charged so I gave it a quick top off and I am impressed with the battery life so far. I'm REALLY impressed with it given how bright it gets, I've used it for a couple hours now and its still on the original charge. The light is quite flexible and can be twisted and contorted to fit exactly where you want. I have some concern about how well it will handle being used in a hot engine bay, especially if it sits on the block for long, and I also question how well grease will wipe off after some time has passed. So far I can't complain, but rubber DOES break down over time and given the rough nature of the work it will be doing I could easily see this deteriorating quickly. Now, having said that, it is currently GREAT and I'm not going to knock it for what "might" happen one day in the future. If it starts to decline prematurely I'll come back and update this review.
