1. Cancellation Eligibility
You may request to cancel your order free of charge if:
- The order has not yet been processed or shipped
- The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, or before you receive your shipping confirmation
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the item after delivery.
2. How to Cancel an Order

3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
The following orders cannot be canceled:

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
In these cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to process a return once the item is delivered.
4. Refunds After Cancellation
If your order is successfully canceled:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
If your order included free shipping but has already been shipped and returned, a flat $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
