At Alotrop, we know that plans can change. That’s why we offer a clear and fair cancellation policy. Please read the information below to understand how to cancel your order and what to expect if you do.

1. When You Can Cancel an Order

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet shipped. Once an order is in transit, we can no longer cancel it, but you may still return it under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Custom-made or special-order items cannot be canceled, as they are made specifically for your request.


2. How to Cancel

To cancel an order:

  1. Send an email to support@alotrop.com
  2. Include your order number and a short reason for cancellation
  3. We will check the shipping status of your order

If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is canceled before shipping:

  • You will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method
  • Any shipping fees paid at checkout will also be refunded
  • Refunds are usually processed within 4–9 business days

However, once the order has shipped, the shipping fee is non-refundable.


4. Final Sale Items

Please note that items marked as Final Sale:

  • Cannot be canceled
  • Cannot be returned or refunded

These sales are final and not eligible for any modifications.


5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is missing items or includes incorrect products:

  1. Contact us at support@alotrop.com within 28 days of receiving your order
  2. We will investigate the issue promptly

Once confirmed, we will either:

  • Reship the correct or missing item for free
    or
  • Offer a refund, based on item availability and your preference
