Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days from the time you receive order confirmation.
If delays occur due to peak seasons or promotions, we will notify you via email.

We ship from multiple locations, including the United States and selected international fulfillment centers.

For international orders, delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days after processing.

Standard flat rates apply: $7.95 for U.S. orders and $11.95 for international orders.
There are no hidden charges beyond what is shown at checkout.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Deliveries
It is your responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate.
Alotrop is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
8. International Duties and Taxes
