2. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Order Cancellation by Alotrop

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • Incorrect product pricing or listing errors
  • Product stock unavailability
  • Shipping restrictions or delivery limitations

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
