1. Eligibility for Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must instead be processed under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation, as they are created specifically for each customer.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:
- Email support@alotrop.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request
- Our team will verify the shipping status of your order
- If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order is canceled before it ships:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are generally processed within 4 to 9 business days
- Any shipping fees paid at checkout will also be refunded
If the order has already been shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund under any circumstances.
5. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing products:
- Contact support@alotrop.com within 28 business days of receiving your order
- We will review the issue and, if confirmed, offer one of the following:
- Reship the correct or missing item at no additional cost
- Issue a refund, based on item availability and your preference
