- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to avoid loss or damage in transit
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved items will be refunded to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor
Note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly
- If your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct a flat fee of $9.99 to cover the original shipping cost
