Return & Refund Policy

At Alotrop, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 28 days of receipt for a refund.


1. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details to help us process your request efficiently.
  • After approval, you may return the item using your preferred shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

⚠️ We are not liable for items damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
  • No restocking fee will be charged for returned items in acceptable condition.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as non-returnable)

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us at [email protected] immediately upon delivery.
  • We may request photos of the damaged item.
  • If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping fees.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

  • If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

7. Shipping Fees & Refunds

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
  • Standard shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is related to an error on our part.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, no deduction will be made from your refund for that reason.
