  • Clearance or final sale products

These items are considered non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Return Shipping Instructions

  • Pack the item securely using the original packaging
  • Ship the item within 28 days of receiving the return instructions
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to avoid loss or damage in transit

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved items will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor

Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct a flat fee of $9.99 to cover the original shipping cost

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • First, return the original item
  • Then, place a new order for the desired item

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Include photos showing the issue and the packaging
