At Alotrop, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. That’s why we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Who Can Return an Item

You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • The return request must be submitted within the 28-day window

No restocking fees apply to any returns.


2. Items You Can’t Return

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards or promotional freebies
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage unrelated to shipping

3. How to Start a Return

To begin your return:

  1. Email us at support@alotrop.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will reply with return instructions and a return address
  4. You must ship the item using a trackable method

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us at support@alotrop.com within 28 days
  • Please attach clear photos of the issue
  • If the issue is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you

5. How Refunds Work

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you by email about the status
  • If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 4–9 business days

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?

If your refund is delayed:

  1. First, check your bank or credit card account again
  2. Then, contact your bank or card provider (processing times vary)
  3. Still need help? Reach out to us at support@alotrop.com

We’ll make sure to resolve it for you.


7. Want to Exchange Instead?

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.
