1. Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
- Processing occurs Monday through Saturday
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will begin processing on the next business day
- Delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotions), but we will notify you if your order is affected
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once processed, delivery times depend on your shipping method and location.
- Standard Shipping (U.S. only): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days
- Currently, international shipping is not available
- All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and shipping method. For U.S. customers:
- Flat-Rate Standard Shipping: $9.99 on all domestic orders
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and instructions to monitor your package’s status.

5. Delivery Issues
If you encounter any delivery-related issues such as delays, package not delivered, or shipping status inconsistencies:

- We will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take package safety seriously. In the event of:
- Lost Packages: Contact us immediately. We’ll initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and either locate the package or provide a resolution.
- Damaged Packages: Please email photos of the damaged packaging and contents. We will file a claim and work to replace or refund the product promptly.
💡 Claims for lost or damaged goods must be submitted within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
7. Shipping Limitations
We currently ship to domestic U.S. addresses only.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time
