Shipping Policy

At Alotrop, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. Please review the following shipping details before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST (GMT -5) or on non-business days will be processed the following business day.
  • If processing is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

  • Shipping within the continental United States is available at a flat rate of $9.75.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Occasional promotional shipping discounts may be offered. These will be clearly indicated during the promotion period.
  • Shipping fees are subject to change; however, any changes will be communicated before checkout.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only to physical addresses within the continental United States.
  • We do not ship to international locations or P.O. boxes at this time.

4. Business Days

  • Our fulfillment team operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package on the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery-related issues (delays, incorrect address, missing package), please contact our support team at [email protected]. We’re here to assist and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will assist with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
