- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days from the time of purchase.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST (GMT -5) or on non-business days will be processed the following business day.
- If processing is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.
2. Shipping Time & Rates
- Shipping within the continental United States is available at a flat rate of $9.75.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.
- The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Occasional promotional shipping discounts may be offered. These will be clearly indicated during the promotion period.
- Shipping fees are subject to change; however, any changes will be communicated before checkout.
3. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only to physical addresses within the continental United States.
- We do not ship to international locations or P.O. boxes at this time.
4. Business Days
- Our fulfillment team operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package on the carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will assist with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
