We deliver to most countries worldwide, including the United States. If your country is not supported due to legal or logistical restrictions, the checkout option will be disabled automatically.

- Business days: Monday to Saturday (excluding U.S. public holidays)
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Delays during peak seasons or sales will be communicated via email
3. Shipping Locations
We ship from fulfillment centers located in the U.S. and selected international warehouses. Shipping origin depends on product stock and your shipping address.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- U.S. orders: 3–6 business days after processing
- International orders: 7–21 business days after processing
Note: Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

- $7.95 flat rate for U.S. orders
- $11.95 flat rate for international orders

7. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
- Ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order
- Alotrop is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
- If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs may apply
8. International Taxes & Duties
For non-U.S. orders, import taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the item or shipping price and are collected by your local authorities upon delivery.
